About us
Not another networking mixer.
SCWN exists to close the gap between where women are and where they’re capable of going: in their life, their careers, their businesses, their confidence, leadership, and each other.
We’re a community built by Santa Cruz women, for Santa Cruz women, grounded in the belief that no one rises alone.
Who we’re for
You’ll know this is your community if you’re:
- A woman in Santa Cruz County building a business or career, making a change, or exploring what comes next.
- Looking for real local connections where you can ask questions, share what you know, and feel welcome as you are.
- Ready to support other women and grow alongside people who care about this community.
Committee & leadership
SCWN is led by the women who built it.
Meet the committee steering our mission forward, one event and one connection at a time.
